Every component is engineered for maximum cleanability and long-term reliability under repeated thermal and pressure cycling.

Aseptic Design Characteristics

• Concave Configuration: Available with a concave glass profile on the product side or on both sides for aseptic applications.
• Dead-Zone-Free Geometry: Smooth internal transitions prevent fluid retention and microbial growth.
• Surface Finish: Electropolished stainless steel (Ra ≤ 0.4 μm) for optimum hygienic performance.
• Glass Technology: Metal-fused METAGLAS® borosilicate providing mechanical pre-stress for safety and longevity.
• Seal Options: O-ring or gasket per duty — EPDM, FKM (Viton®), or PTFE available.
• Temperature Range: Up to 200°C continuous, depending on size and seal selection.
