These two series of classical, yet innovatively developed and uniquely powerful light fittings for use in hazardous areas have laid the base for MAX MUELLER’s success in this field. Their robust design, the variety of fixation modes and the important range of options make them a sophisticated tool to light out all kind of process equipment, even for very demanding applications. The 100 deH type with 100 W power is actually the most powerful halogen type vessel light fitting classified in T4 available on the market.

APPLICATION:
On sightglasses and sightflow indicators from DN 50 on upwards, depending on series and fixation mode.

FIXATION:
4 mounting systems for use with sightglasses to DIN 28120 / 28121 or similar, for the traditional two port situation.

FIBRE-OPTIC LIGHTPIPE  SIGHT GLASS – LIGHT FITTINGS FOR USE IN HAZARDOUS
AREAS, SERIES fibroLUX

The fibre-optic lightpipe light fittings of the series fibroLUX represent, due to their conception, design and the use of components of highest quality level, an innovative, technically advanced top product for the brilliant, extremely powerful and continuous illumination of process equipment, typically in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. They are also available in a version completely from stainless steel.

APPLICATION:
In hazardous areas, mainly in situations where there is insufficient room to fit a “classic” type of sightglass light fitting, where there is only one very small sightglass available for both illumination and observation or in situations where it is desirable to highlight a specific area of a reaction or of the reaction vessel (e.g. for maintenance purposes). The stainless steel version is specially recommended for use in sterile environments.

Light source:

  • With fixation legs “X1”, “X2”, bracket “W” or customer adaptation via M6 drillings on the housing
  • With fixation legs “X1” or bracket “W” (stainless steel version)

Lightpipe:

  • With universal supports “W2” oder “W3” (for version “spot”) for use with sightglasses to DIN 28120 / 28121 from DN 25 on or with non standardized sightglasses

Safe area light fittings from stainless steel

MINIATURE  SIGHT GLASS – LIGHT FITTINGS
SERIES KVLR, BKVLR, BKVLR LED, KLR AND KLR POWERLED FOR SAFE AREAS

These low cost, very small, though high power sophisticated units are designed for universal use. They have the big advantage of  not being sightglass size specific and offer therefore the largest possible respective insight. The series BKVLR and KLR are also available in LED-diodes version and for sterile applications.

MICRO LED LIGHT FITTINGS SERIES MVLR FOR SAFE AREAS

The micro LED sight glass – light fittings are designed for universal use. Due to their extremely reduced dimensions, they may be mounted even on smallest sightglasses. The built-in LED module offers a cold light output, which is of advantage for certain applications. The life span is approximately 35’000 operating hours. The robust and highly reliable light fittings are particularly suitable for use in pharmaceutical and sterile applications on metal fused sightglasses.

The sight glass – light fittings of the series STERI-LINE are mainly mounted on metal fused sightglasses and used in the pharmaceutical, biochemical, cosmetic and food and beverage industries.
