Transparent Level Gauge — For Viscous, Interface & Coloured Liquids

The Transparent Level Gauge is specifically designed for applications involving viscous, interface, or coloured liquids. Featuring two pieces of glass on opposite sides of the chamber, it allows light to pass through the gauge, providing a direct, unambiguous view of the liquid level while simultaneously enabling inspection of fluid properties such as colour and viscosity.

This design offers superior visibility and is ideal for process environments where clarity, reliability, and durability under pressure and temperature extremes are non-negotiable.

Steam Service: Suitable for steam pressures above 22 bar and up to 120 bar.
Glass Protection: Mica shields available for gauges used in corrosive or high-temperature environments.
Viewing: Direct observation of the liquid through clear glass panels.
Illumination: Optional illuminator units available for use in low-light or enclosed spaces.
Operation: Configurable for left- or right-hand installations.
Safety: Ball checks fitted to both top and bottom for automatic isolation in case of glass failure.
Pressure Rating: Up to ANSI 1500 (250 bar).
Temperature Range: −196 °C to +400 °C.
