NEUMO BioControl® aseptic process interfaces. It delivers crystal-clear visibility with the
fail-safe integrity of mechanically prestressed METAGLAS® — purpose-built for sterile pipelines,
skids, and vessels where hygiene, uptime, and compliance are non-negotiable.
Design & Construction
Interface: Drop-in for NEUMO BioControl® process connections
Body: Stainless steel (e.g., 1.4404 / 316L) as standard; other alloys on request
Profile: Flush, dead-zone-free internal surface for hygienic drainability
Sealing: O-ring / gasket per BioControl® spec (material to suit duty)
Performance: High resistance to pressure cycling, thermal shock, and vibration
