Flanged bursting discs (flanged rupture disks) are a highly effective solution for securing pressurised systems, combining low spatial requirements with fully metallic sealing surfaces. In the event of excessive overpressure, the disc ruptures at a predefined burst pressure, allowing the medium to escape in a controlled manner and protecting valves, containers and plant equipment from damage.

These units are designed for integration directly into flanged connections and can be deployed both upstream of valves and as standalone protection on vessels and process lines. The result is a compact, low-maintenance overpressure safeguard with a predictable, repeatable response.

Burst Performance & Production Quality
