Customers’ records are held on paper files and on a secure computer solely for internal record keeping and improving customer service. From time to time we may send out promotional information that we anticipate will be of interest to our customers.  Information will not be sold to a third party.

If orders are made by PayPal then payment is deducted securely by PayPal immediately. If payments are made over the phone then monies are only deducted prior to dispatch, after which the details are destroyed
