Delivery.
We offer a range of our 200 shades and chimneys; we do hold generous stock of the most popular items and in which case we send out parcels within a week of ordering. The less popular items are held in stock elsewhere, in which case delivery can take up to 2 weeks.
For custom made items please allows 6-8 weeks from order until delivery
Where ever possible we hold these delivery times, but unfortunately circumstances out with our control may mean there are on occasion exceptions.
Breakages
We are happy to replace breakages if we are supplied with photographic evidence within 3 days of receipt of damaged items.
Ordered the Wrong Parts?
If you discover you have ordered the wrong parts or if it doesn’t look quite right, we will be happy to replace it for you, all you need to do is pay the carriage cost
The exception is custom made items, in this case a drawing or image will required to be signed off before manufacture. Custom made items cannot be returned.
